All product orders are subject to their availability. In this regard, if there are difficulties in the supply of products or if items are out of stock, PETS AWAY STORE SL will contact the customer, inform them of the issue, and agree on a refund, product replacement, or a new delivery date.
Refusal to process an order

Returns and right of withdrawal
Una vez confirmado el pedido por parte de PETS AWAY STORE SL, no se aceptarán cancelaciones ni devoluciones excepto en los casos siguientes:
- Error en el pedido entregado: PETS AWAY STORE SL o el transportista ha servido un producto diferente al que el cliente haya pedido.
- Mal estado del producto: Si el producto está en mal estado y se aporta la documentación gráfica suficiente para poderlo constatar. Esta reclamación irá sujeta al tiempo de espera correspondiente en caso de que el mal estado del producto sea causado por el transporte. El tiempo de tramitación lo determinará en este caso la empresa de transportes que haya realizado el envío.
- No satisfecho con el producto: Si, después de probar nuestros piensos ERA, el cliente no queda satisfecho, tiene derecho a solicitar la devolución de su inversión. El pienso será destinado a nuestras asociaciones y protectoras colaboradoras.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento el cliente debe dirigirse a PETS AWAY STORE SL en la dirección info@erapetfood.com o en la dirección pienso@cunipic.com, o al teléfono +34 973 43 23 63. Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que la comunicación relativa al ejercicio por su parte de este derecho sea enviada antes de que venza el plazo correspondiente, esto es 14 días naturales de la compra.
Consecuencias del desistimiento.
En caso de desistimiento por su parte, le devolveremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted, incluidos los gastos de entrega (con la excepción de los gastos adicionales resultantes de la elección por su parte de una modalidad de entrega diferente a la modalidad menos costosa de entrega ordinaria que ofrezcamos) sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, a más tardar 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha en la que se nos informe de su decisión de desistir del presente contrato. Procederemos a efectuar dicho reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado por usted para la transacción inicial, a no ser que haya usted dispuesto expresamente lo contrario; en todo caso, no incurrirá en ningún gasto como consecuencia del reembolso.
